I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the bed and pillows were incredibly cozy. The location was ideal, being close to various attractions in town, and the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly.

I think the breakfast could have been improved with more flavorful options. The breakfast items could use a little more variety and flavor to make it stand out.

We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable to relax in. The TV in the room had a nice size and good picture quality. I also enjoyed the waffle machine at breakfast, and while the rest of the breakfast options were average, I wasn't expecting much for a complimentary meal. The hotel pool looked inviting, although I didn't have the chance to use it. it was a fantastic stay, and the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff made it worth every penny.

The rooms have a separate living room area and bedroom, providing extra space for comfort. The bathroom is of a nice size and the hotel offers a variety of breakfast options.

The pool area could use some cleaning and maintenance.

The bed itself was comfortable. We had a great night's sleep without any discomfort. The mattress was just right, not too soft or too firm. It was like sleeping on a cloud.

Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to everything we wanted to do in this city, including attractions and nearby casinos.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the variety of breakfast choices including waffles, cereals, fresh oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, donuts, muffins, toast, jellies, peanut butter, and more. The rotation menu with omelets, southern potatoes, French toast, and sausage links was a nice addition. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and the staff was attentive. Kristen and Nikki went above and beyond to help us, from reinstating our room due to travel delays to providing me with a banana to help with leg cramps.

I recently stayed at the Country Inn in Hot Springs for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept on at a hotel. The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, and it was a short drive to all the sightseeing spots. Check-out at noon was a bonus, allowing us to sleep in before leaving. Plus, the adjacent Blue Monkey restaurant served amazing food despite its bar theme.

The suite provided extra room with a couch, and the beds were comfortable. The room had a microwave, fridge, and room safe. Outdoor seating allowed for socially-distanced visiting. The staff was courteous, helpful, and responsive. Breakfast was a variety of packaged goodies to go.

The total stay was really great on vacation. We loved brand-new room with the hot tub and pleasant staff. There were a microwave oven and a refrigerator upon arrival. The airport was 0.5 miles away.
